Your test score is nothing amazing, but its not bad either, your GPA and class rank are gonna kill you though

University of Illinois @ Urbana/Champaign- Reach (out of state is hard to get in)

University of Wisconsin-Madison- Reach

University of Washington-Seattle- Reach

Purdue University-?

Indiana University-Bloomington-?

Wake Forest-reach

Vanderbilt-reach

Michigan State University-Match

UMich-High Reach

Ohio State University-?

Carleton College- High Reach

Florida State University-?

Cornell University- Very Very High Reach

UC- Santa Cruz- Reach

Mizzou-Match/Low reach

I think that a lot of these are reaches, but narrow it down, cut of cornell, michigan and maybe carleton, as you have very little chance of going to those. Find more safty's and matches. Why not U of Minnesota? Or Iowa could be a good safty/match

I think you were too harsh... I'm just gonna say that... I think I have a decent chance at some of the places you labeled "Reach."

Your Good test scores are not high enough to balance your GPA/Class Rank, your ECs are nothing are good but not outstanding, if you were able to get a book published, it would be a huge boost.

meh ok. anyone else?

I confess that I don't know a heck of a lot about most of those colleges, but I will say this: do you know that carleton is a small liberal arts college? Just wondering because all your others are large state schools and research institutions. How good are you at cross country? I've known many people that got into great schools because of running.

PS. <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/583457-how-likely-i-will-get-into-williams.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/583457-how-likely-i-will-get-into-williams.html</a> check me out too

My dad went to Carleton, so he's encouraging me to apply. I won't enroll there.
I'm decent at XC. I switch back and forth between JV and Varsity, and was really close to being on a state varsity team last year.
I'm better at Track. I've gone to state with my 4x800 team.

@ Aquaphiliac, I'd totally chance you, but I have never heard of Williams. Sorry dude.

honestly, i think you can get into the top half of the list. vandy and umich will be reaches though.

chance me for GT! <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/580544-new-gpa-scores-georgia-tech-i-ll-chance-you-back-i-swear.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/580544-new-gpa-scores-georgia-tech-i-ll-chance-you-back-i-swear.html</a></p>

Wishwash, I think Smallcollege = being way to harsh.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to get into UCSC even though they are harsh on outs of state students.
