<p>It does! When I completed my oral exam for my medical boards years ago in Chicago, I recall distinctly the handshake. I gave a relatively strong handshake (as a woman to a man) and received a very strong hand shake back. I got notification that I passed the last step to full certification very shortly thereafter.</p>
