My friend just got accepted into UCI today for Business! I’m so jealous - I’m still waiting on mine for Biological Sciences, and I’m really nervous now. :(

anyone get in as engineering undeclared yet?

@ericf1993, i’m in the same boat as you! hope we get notification soon!

@mysterystride
i hope so! cant take the wait anymore…

I agree with all of you! Can’t wait for the decisions anymore @__@ hope they will at least come out by this week!!

Still not here…:(

Haven’t heard back from them either

Business major

Comp. Sci and Engineering here…

For those who have been notified, what are your last names like? Any clue as to whether or not UCI is simply going through their admit list in alphabetical order?

I heard it isnt by any order but completely random…

I’m in the same boat as all of you guys. Business Admin (transfer). Status still hasn’t changed.

me too…
i’m an undecided

Really? Seems that way from my end. I have a few friends who’ve gotten in so far (last names begin with L, K, and N). That would make it seem as though Irvine has only released the first half of the alphabet. I could be wrong though.

You are wrong because I have many friends with last names beginning letters from the second half of the alphabet (such as “w” and “s”) who have been accepted.

did anyone get in as a civil engineering major?

Or any other engineering major?

Still waiting… I applied as a Physics major.

I heard Physics has filled up all the slots already, just kidding …

My friend (Journalism major) and ELC got accepted in Ferbruary…last name with a D.

I don’t think last names have much to do with it.

Anybody get accepted into UCI Nursing yet?
