You High school?

97-100= Impossible
93-96=Impossible
90-92=Impossible
87-89=Impossible
83-86=Amazing
80-82=Damn Good
70-79= Good
60-69= Average

Im serious. I got 82.3% and was second in class... my friend the topper got 84% (thank heavens my school puts the class average on the report :))

90-100 A
80-89 B
70-79 C
60-69 D
60 below failing

We don't weight and we don't have A+ or A-.. just A.. which works out awesome for me.

97-100 A+
93-96 A
90-92 A-
87-89 B+
83-86 B
80-82 B-
77-79 C+
73-76 C
70-72 C-
67-69 D+
63-66 D
60-62 D-
0-59 F

Wow, a lot of you have strict grading systems...my school is fairly lenient.

90-100 = A (there is no +/- shown on the transcript)
80-89 = B
70-79 = C
60-69 = D
< 60 = F

In addition, many of the teachers round up 89.5% to an A, 79.5% to B, etc. AP and honors classes are weighed on 5.0 scale.

My school is the classic 90-100 = A.

However, AP Physics:

85-100 = A
70-85 = B
60-70 = C
50-60 = D
0-50 = F
If I remember correctly.

Majority of the class drops into the C and D range because test scores are generally 50% or significantly lower. chuckle

Nothing like people discussing very low one-digit scores out of 20-30 points on major tests.

90-100=A
80-90=B
70-80=C
etc

There are minuses and pluses, however they do not cause a change in GPA, so no one really cares

Honors:

5.333 A
4.333 B
3.333 C
2.333 D

Reg:
4 A
3 B
2 C

perfect gpa: 4.5

Does anyone not do A, B, C, etc? We just have numbers 0-100 show up on our report cards. In theory, we're on the same system as young_one, and anything under 60 is a fail, but we don't really operate on a letter system.

98-100: A+(4.33)
93-97: A (4.0)
90-92: A- (3.67)
87-90: B+ (3.33)
83-86: B (3.0)
80-82: B- (2.67)
78-80: C+ (2.33)
73-77: C (2.0)
70-72: C- (1.67)
68-69: D+ (1.33)
66-67: D (1.0)
65: D- (.67)
Below 65: F

wow that's a brutal system; 94 is an A- jeez.
