Younger brother that wants to go to Caltech

Hi, I have a little brother that is going to 8th grade, and he is already thinking about colleges. (I personally have no chance at this school, this is for my bro) Anyway he just finished 7/8 math in 7th grade (advanced math or pre-alegbra) and next year he is going to be in intergrated alegbra(advanced math for 8th grade and earth science(advanced math for 8th grade).
He loves math a lot. He has an alegbra book, and he has been doing the lessons and tests in the alegbra book. He has been consistently getting in the 97-100 range. He is almost done with it, and he wants me to teach him AP Computer Science when he is done with the book.
Anyway, he loves math, and he is a straight A student. He wants to go to Caltech and MIT badly. What will he have to do? Does he have to take extra classes in a local college? Does he have to take all the AP Sciences and AP math classes? He wants to know as early as possible

I would suggest that any wanting to find their chances for CalTech first read these two wonderful posts
