Yeah, no doubt about it. I’m wearing a USC t-shirt right now. That being said:

Why?
What’s not to like? Yeah, many universities can give you a top notch education. But the combination of the social life at SC, and the fact that it’s in Los Angeles sets it apart from the rest. I feel like I belong at SC. The same couldn’t be said when I visited Harvard, MIT, or Princeton. To anyone who has doubts about SC, just visit the campus and experience the vibe for yourself. It’s incredible.

How often do you think about USC
What can I say, it’s my dream school. I even had a dream about going to SC last night, to be honest. Whether it’s thinking about what fraternity I want to pledge, to where I want to stay, to being apart of the student section at the Coliseum, not a day goes by that I don’t think about SC in some form or another.

What would you do if you got accepted?
I would run outside, in the frigid Wisconsin weather, in just compression shorts. (that image was for our female readers ;)) In all seriousness, imagine if you were standing outside of St. Peter’s gates, and just got admission into Heaven? That’s what getting that package from SC would mean to me.

What would you do if you were offered a trustee/presedential scholarship?
To me, this would be like not only getting to the top of the list for Packers season tickets, but to get them for free. If getting into SC means the world for me, I guess getting a scholarship would mean the universe. Or maybe if Boneless Thursdays at BWW became a daily event. You get the idea, it makes an already amazing moment that much better.

However, most importantly, it would allow me to convince my parents to let me go to SC over other, “more prestigious” schools which I won’t mention. All of the stereotypes you’ve heard about Asian parents, well, they’re true. And my parents seem to tie Ivy League to success in their minds. Getting a presidential or a trustee would be the equivalent of being dealt an an ace and a jack. I would have the upper hand. And this fall I would take my talents to Los Angeles, and join the University of Southern California.
