Your new grad GPA is not important to employers

I think there’s more to this study than they claim. For example, many companies (or at least most of the desired companies to work for) screen their applicants’ resumes for a minimum GPA and/or school name before the employers even look at them.

So a “minimum GPA” probably would pull ahead of “volunteer work” in terms of priority and “above minimum GPA” would take the spot of “College GPA”
