How do you see your essay score???

780 CR+ 740 M+ 800W=2320. Plus I got an 800 on CR the first time around, so I’m happy!

Oct:

M 770

march:

cr curve was a killer haha

wait im confused…i got a 780 CR but I feel like I got a LOT wrong/omitted a lot. Could my score be a mistake?

cr-660
math-800
writ-700(10)

Oh my gosh…I’m retaking. I didn’t even get anything in the PSAT projected score band (1940-2230). And here I was thinking that I was guaranteed to break 2000. Oh well.

CR: 710
M:560 (Bahahahahahahahaha)
W: 660, (68 MC, 8 essay)
Total:1930

Actually, here I was touting an estimated/hoped for 2200. I’d steeled myself for a possible 1800, so I’m not really disappointed. I just didn’t think I got that much wrong in the writing and CR…

what is 70 MC on writing? -4 or -5?

12 on essay!!!
thank you CC!

2260
Critical Reading: 740
Math: 790
Writing: 730
I would have hoped to have done better, but this is nothing to complain about because it’s about the score I deserve.

9 essay – 800 W?
cool

wow alot of people got 800 in math this time…is the SAT March Math easier or something?

CR: 760
Math: 580
Writing: 570

Total: 1910

So, I have really obvious strengths, huh? I am definitely retaking it but, it was my first time taking it and I had prepared my self for a really really bad score. But right now I will be in love with Superscoring!!

^Me, too! I got similar scores to yours, although distributed a bit differently. And it was my first time, too. Retake time! But why did CollegeBoard schedule it for the middle of AP week?

EDIT: Nevermind. There’s one in June, too

CR: 780
M: 790
W: 800, 10 essay 79 multiple choice.
total: 2370
I am SO happy!

2340
reading: 740 (didn’t go up since the last time i took it, but at least it didn’t go down)
math: 800 (780 last time so i’m happyyyy)
writing: 800 with a 10 essay (when i saw it i was like ‘holy moly!!’ last time i got 730 with a nine essay)

I AM FREAKING OUT PEOPLE (:

We just got my son’s scores back. It was the first time he took the SAT, and he took it totally cold (meaning NO prep at all). His CR was 730, math was 720–definitely solid scores for the schools he is interested in–but his writing section was an abysmal 610! He had said he hated the essay and knew he did poorly. My question is, if he studied could he bring up this score? The irony is that he is a wonderful writer, which you would never know by his performance on this test.

@xcloudy: 67 MC/10 Essay was a 700
@Lizn94: I’ll trade you my writing score for your CR score. :D
