YouTube or Viemo better for coach video?

I’m in the process of putting up video for coaches to view. Sport is wrestling, and unlike some other sports they don’t really want highlights, they want a few complete matches. So it won’t be a single video, it will be 3-5 videos probably about 8-10 minutes each. Don’t know if that makes a difference. Also, if there is a different option I should consider, please let me know. What did everyone use?

Thanks.

Dartfish (app & hosting site) was recommended to us.

Can’t compare specifically, my kid posted his videos to youtube, marked private. He could send link to a coach, and coach could access, but if someone randomly searched for his name on youtube, they would not find his videos. The analytics about how long specific videos had been watched, and how often, was vaguely useful but not really helpful because it wasn’t like hundreds of people were watching his stuff.

Or put them out on Youtube publicly and don’t provide a full name. Tell the coach to search for “Jefferson high school des moines 2017 wrestling Mike” and consider including a unique word or phrase if you have a common school name. You can include the full name and contact info within the video where it isn’t searchable but still lets the coach know he’s found the right one.

He ended up using YouTube. The videos are unlisted, so if you just search his name and find his page it looks like he hasn’t posted anything yet. But if you have the link then you can see the videos. I think there were better options a few years ago on YouTube that they don’t have anymore. It seems to be working, I haven’t gotten any feedback positive or negative on it.
