I really think you have a decent chance, although getting accepted to any Ivy is a crapshoot. I had lesser stats than you (my cumulative GPA was on the weak side, but it rose dramatically during senior year) and applied RD, and was given a Guaranteed Transfer Offer. Best of luck :).

Thanks! My GPA is weak is well… which I feel is a big weakpoint. Just out of curiosity, which school are you transferring from?

Your GPA is on the low side. Everything else is fine. For ED, I’d say 50/50, which is certainly better than a lot of people.

I’m transferring from one of the SUNY schools as a sophomore, and feel free to PM me or check older posts (there are MANY of them) about the Guaranteed Transfer Offer if you’re confused about it or unsure of what it entails.

bump10char

I’ll say ~40% chance. Your GPA is low and Cornell tends to value GPA above all else.

Lol you already responded earlier?

It appears I did, and I guess I was in a worse mood the second time. Let’s compromise your chances at 45% ;)
