<p>As I recently found out, your financial aid package and your bill aren’t the same thing. Barnard carefully budgets for you, and in my case, the $1,900 student contribution is a sort of estimate. It’s what I should expect to have in the bank for books and my personal needs. It’s not an amount I actually owe to the school and I wasn’t billed for it. All work study money made will come directly to me as well.</p>
