#1 Regret in High School

Not going out with more girls. I don't see them anymore anyhow.

Not studying enough for SATs
Not studying for SAT 2s
Not joining enough extra ccs
Not telling idiots w/ huge egos off from the beginning

not keeping up with piano.
not keeping up with as much church as I should have.

I know everyone says SATs and SATIIs and APs, etc...but I honestly feel I did the best I could/most studying without going insane (even though I got a relatively crappy score).

1 regret....thinking pizza day in the cafeteria was a good thing

just a soph to be so #1 regret with freshman year is joining band, A- lowered my GPA about 0.4 b/c it's a comp class, taking me below the 5.0 qualifying for the top honor roll, and losing the top rank in the class, and then it's the worst grade I got so it's pathetic I studied for all those other classes and there's this one class whose grade is based on one test...sry complaining so much

I regret getting involved with the IB program.

I should have
a) done IB with more flexibilty

or

b) done something completely different

I also regret being too stupid to score high on the PSAT.

wasting time on cc. i regret it.

Not doing football and being academically lazy. I guess I don't have too much to complain about I am Drum Major. I never really studied in high school and got into a top 100 school with nothing but pure skill, I had the very high sat's and the semi-average gpa. I plan to kick ass freshman year of college and apply for a transfer to a top 10/20 if i can.

haha i think its funny most people say not partying more.

but in reality who would you even party with. that sounds condescending but it's truthful. Truth hurts, have to get invited to parties, aka have to have friends

We need to have CC parties :)

@branderson925 Haha, at least I'm going to college. And I have plenty of friends, its just that we're not the type of people to go out drinking/partying.

it's kind of funny/sad how half of the people regret not working hard enough and the other half regret not having enough fun...

JUST LIVE, LOVE AND BE HAPPY!
:)

Not playing football (our football team is really good)... I think I could've been good at football but instead I played soccer for our crappy high school team during the fall. (Note that I don't regret playing soccer... I just regret playing for my high school, club soccer is good).

Also, not working too hard my first 2 years, but that's not a big deal.

Allowing this college BS consume me.

Wish I could have eased up on the competitive crap and been more social.

Taking earth science and US history twice (switched school districts and counselor didn't adjust it even though she knew I had already taken US history). I didn't know we could test out. It was the biggest waste ever.

I don't really have high school regrets.

If I had to pick anything it would be not playing football or something. That would have been fun.

not enough partying, didn't play sports the first year, not enough hanging out and chilling, too much procrastination, not enough reading, didn't learn to sing/play guitar, didn't learn to surf, not enough snowboarding, not enough hiking...

this might sound a little weird to some, but I'd say.. not having a social life.

I was a nerd during highschool (i should correct myself, up until age 16 since born)
I never hung out with friends, and I was sooo focused on academics that I totally missed out the fun of highschool life.
I should have relaxed a little more...

oh, i just realized that many many people regret of not having enough social life..just like me!
this REALLY is funny, like fishie11 noted above.

Not studying for my PSATs

Not enough partying, not enough dating, too much stressing. Thats taken care of now. :)
