List the thing that you regretted doing in high school and what you could have done to change it.

Not studying for the ACT enough.

Focusing so much on college admissions. Well, I'm not sure if that's a full regret because I got into my first choice and I'm thrilled about going there. But it's definitely a partial regret. I took so many classes and did so many activities that I wasn't passionate about that now I'm just burnt out and it's difficult to make myself do anything. I'm not sure how else I could have done it though because even though some people say that if you just work hard and do things you love you'll get into a great school, that's not true. There's definitely a formula. And it's no fun following it.

Not studying enough for the SAT 2s.
Spanish 3 lowered my UC GPA almost .15 points and probably cost me Berkeley

Being unfocused fresh/soph yrs. I wanted to be a music major (ugh!) and took like 3 music classes a semester and pretty much screwed myself for scheduling. And all the music classes lowered my GPA and class rank.

Didn't care about first two years, wish I could've found CC sooner.

Not playing football...stopped after eighth grade and focused on one sport. I really wish I could have Friday nights back...

Taking World Geography Freshman year. I didn't know it wasn't required, it was a waste of time, and it's the reason I'm panicking to fit in APUSH, AP Calc, and AP Bio into the next two years without missing a term of orchestra.

My laziness in all my school years. This causes me to do better during 2nd semester and incredibly bad during the 1st (the pressure is the only thing that gets me going).

No carring about technical courses (i.e. science, math).

Not being myself.

hanging out with the wrong crowd. Putting popularity and having a good time before things that matter.

true..wishing i found CC earlier and realize that there are more important things than partying haha

Junior year.

Not studying enough for the SAT2s (which led me to getting scores that "didn't entirely correlate with my GPA").

Not being outgoing/affectionate enough with certain people, or making more time to see them (which probably led to not having as deep of relationships with those people as they have with others)...if that made any sense, haha.

I regret having wasted years of my life there

Switching to correspondence school.

Being lazy and unmotivated and not getting into the private HS I applied to...

-The Private Coot66

not studying enough for sats and not reaching a goal of a higher gpa/class rank, but eh, what can ya do!

Not getting into a better school.

Although I will say it's not a large regret, by any means. Just a slight disappointment.
