I'm a senior from southern california who is going to try to transfer to Haas in one year. Since there are limited courses I plan to enroll in as many CCC as I can since I am in So Cal.
Here is what I have done already:
Breadth 1
Calc 1
Calc 2
AP Eng Lang
AP US
AP Euro
AP Stat
Total Units: 30

Summer:
Breadth 2
Breadth 3

Fall:
Bus course
Econ-micro
Stat course
Breadth 4

Spring:
Econ- macro
Breadth 5,6,7

The only thing that scares me is that I won't get any courses since there are budget cuts. I live near CSUF so if you have any advice on CCCs I should look to or how I can get these courses please help.

I’m positive. Both of the community colleges I go to has priority registration for freshman as well as priority registration further into college as well.

I also plan on trying to transferring to haas in one year, but im taking concurrent classes and i got a B+ in, which i have a really good reason for. so i was wondering will this severely impact my chances? also this is just an igetc course not a major pre req. i plan on trying to get straigt A’s for the rest of the semester also what EC’s o you think we have to do to get into HAAS as a one year transfer? thanks sooo much!! :)

Well I don’t think they take justifications on B+'s. Usually it would be on D’s or F’s. If you can get all your requirements completed then I say you have a good shot. Just get some experiences to put on that resume you must write.

so i shouldn’t give them a justification for a B+, because my teacher dropped my grade from an A because of a really stupid reason and i feel at a slight disadvantage now.plus do they like it if you go over 60 units?
