<p>They do notify electronically to internationals. They send an email version, then the actual letter.</p>

<p>Because Ephemeral2 is going to Chapel Hill next year and was accepted to Yale.</p>

<p>I really should do the same (I got a likely but have since been accepted to MIT), but I doubt my parents would allow it.</p>
