<p>And yet phishing scams like the one I just may have fallen victim to never go prosecuted. I got an email on Chase letterhead about verifying something with a link. I called Chase. They told me that the email's fraudulent, and they don't email people to check stuff. A copy of that email will be going to my state attorney general.</p>
