yeah, after the ibook was updated, i am sure to get it. I think i may get the external monitor aswell, but for now, i'm gonna primarily focus on the 12" ibook and the free ipod :)

It's such a good deal! It's like under $1000 for both.

Too bad I got the powerbook through my school and thus, $2000 and no free ipod :(

Galaal2005, I don't want to know what annoys you. I don't care. Also, you don't make the rules here. I have never been told that in order to question the usefulness of a threat you must first respond to it. That seems oxymoronic.

Please, I ask nicely, if you don't like my posts, then ignore them.

"Usefullness of a threat?"--good one

Apparently you're not understanding what i am saying...let me clarify.
This threa"d" is for me and others to hear opinions on the 12" and 14" laptop screens. This thread is not about whether people should indepently choose a laptop screen or whether we should not care about menial aspects of a laptop, such as the screen size. No, this thread is simply about which do one think is better, a 12" or a 14". However, you have to come in a rant about the how people should choose on there own and we as college students should not rely on other people's opinion. If you want, start another thread on that, but don't interupt a conversation of one topic just for the hell of it. All i'm saying is that if you think that the thread is unneccessary, then, i don't know...maybe...possibly... dont read it? i mean i think that makes since..don't you. Although you may not benefit from this thread, other people do. So here's my suggestion, next time you see a thread that you think is unneccessary, then skip it and go to the next one. Don't waiste your time bashing it if you think its unneccessary...that, my friend, is oxmoronic.
