<p>I don't answer chances threads but I find it shocking that anyone would call Princeton and Stanford slight/low reach schools for someone just making top 10% of class with scores that are not all top. That's just irresponsible.</p>
<p>The reason is because my freshman year grades are pulling my GPA down. It's a massive upward trend. 3.6 -> 4.25 -> 4.45 -> 4.6 (well 4.3 for an unfortunate misunderstanding :(). But yes, my test scores are fairly low (at least the math part). Thus my taking the ACTs in December.</p>

<p>Ouch. Yes, it's false, but it's a catchy title (perhaps). It's one of those few times that nobody's hurt by misinformation. Scroll down to the end of the very first post and I put a disclaimer with a smiley drawing attention to it. As for the bumping, I fail to see how it relates.</p>
<p>It doesn't matter too much anyway because I'm going to let the thread die out on its own now.</p>
