I just have a few questions to ask, I have never volunteered before. :(
I'm 15 and I want to volunteer at a hospital, but the hospital only accepts people who are 16 and older.
My birthday is in september and I want to volunteer at the hospital for the summer.
What do you guys think? will I be able to volunteer at the hospital?
I also told the person who gave me the volunteering form that I am 16

How do colleges know that you volunteered at a certain place?
is it based on the honor system?

If not what other places do you think I should volunteeer at?
I want to be an architect in the future so where do you think I should volunteer at?
Thank you!

I think you can tell them about your birthday and that you’re really really interested and so you want to volunteer there ASAP.

Are there any museums near by that you can volunteer for? You can try those.

You could also consider architecture firms. I don’t know whether they’ll accept you though.

Architecture programs like to see volunteering at Habitat with Humanity since you are involved with building things. At 15, you can help support the builders then at 16 you can actually pitch in.

You have to really make it known that you absolutely want to help out then I believe it will work out. If you want to be an architect, then I would say that you attempt to volunteer at an art museum…something along the line of that anyway.
