17 units

Do people think that 17 units is too much?
im a chem bio major and this is my schedule

chem 4A
math 1A
Slavic r5a
chem C96 seminar

and i wanted to take italian renaissance art and i was wondering what sorts of advice people have for me.

thanks :)

that is a good workload, adding another may be a bit too much.

however, what you can do is enroll is all 5 courses, and drop one before the drop deadline if you cannot keep up with all the coursework.

i was thinking that i should maybe start looking over all the stuff for the classes before that and then see? i dont know!

Nothing wrong with 17 units. I think 20+ units is the danger area, because once you go past 20 life gets really stressful (then again, I know some people that can handle 22 units without a problem somehow). Anyway, there's nothing wrong with starting with 17 and dropping a class if it is too much for you.

hey i took italian renaissance art last semester. Only take it is Reagan is teaching = she is the best. But I think enrolling in 5 courses is a bit much especially because of your major.
