I've been out of the game of throiwng parties for like 6 years now, and i really wanna do something big this time since it is my 18th and the last bday that i'll spend with pretty much everyone of my friends..

so what should i do? about 5 of us can drink, while the majority can't. most friends are kinda nerdy, cough IB cough. A few girls would be there, i'd expect. I don't think i mgiht want to do the old laserquest/paintball parties that i've been going to for the past 6 years.. and i don't want to go to a movie either.. so what should i do? i expect 10-15 people there at least.

Also money shouldn't be too big of an issue as long as it doesn't go above something crazy like 500bux.

Hrmmm....big party thrower when you were 12? lol just kidding.

Road trips are always fun, but thats only good if you're with no more than like three other people and you get along pretty well. But you can make a video and everything and look back on it with fond memories! haha

Concerts...always fun. Then just going home and crashing. I'm sure cough coughIBcough cough kids like concerts.

I live in canada, no six flags... although we COULD go to this theme park just out of the city, not sure if it'll be too cold or not. haha, gota love the north.

oh heck ya, i used to throw pokemon card parties all the time afterschool. /joke

road trips: nah

concerts: isn't this kinda like watching a movie, not much social interaction...

parties i have been to that were big hits
-ice skating
-a restaurant
-trip to Wax Museum or some other cool museum/place (nothing TOO educational lol)
-pool party! (doesnt work if you dont have a pool/ or cause too cold out)

and
yeah if u ask me, i'd pick bowling fo sho

Host a dinner party. That's what a good friend of mine did for their 18th. It was really cool. They got a couple friends and parents to help with the cooking and setting up. Everyone got pretty dressed up and had a great time. Something like that might be interesting.

OO yess. I`m helping my best friend plan her sweet 16 party and here are some themes I came up with (and she didn't like HAHAA. shes not a fan of huge parties)

-Iced Out 18th (Host the party at a restaurant and everyone has to come dressed in white.)
-Bollywood Nights (Restaurant, and everyone wears Bollywood themed clothes)
-anything where you come formally dressed..

Go to Montreal, get loaded, and have a good time. That's what I'm doing in a few weeks. Most of my friends are a year older though; it might not work if you have tons of 17 year old friends, but you could still get a hotel room and go out and do awesome stuff.

Hah, my friend wants to take me to Hooters for my 18th... and I'm a girl.
Hmm, bowling isn't a bad idea. You can all go out for dinner afterwards too.
