2 days of hardcore cramming. last chance senior. let's see how this works out.

Hey guys,

I'm a senior with a superscore of 2310 single sitting of 2270. I'm looking to get a 2350 this Saturday, and I have 2 days to study hardcore. Let's see how this plays out.

I wish you the best of luck :)!

Best of luck! I’m a senior too and this will be my last chance to take it as well. I’ve been prepping ever since the December SAT, hopefully I can get at least an 1800.

thanks a lot guys! Let’s do this!!!

Don’t do that, you moron. You’re just going to tire yourself out for the actual test. You’re not going to learn anything new in two days. Take it easy, do a few practice problems, fine-tune your game plan.

I wasn’t going to call you a moron like the Godfatherbob, but I do agree with him him in that it isn’t a good idea to cram in these last few days. I took a total of 6 practices exams from the blue book starting from the last SAT up until the beginning of this week. My SAT tutor simply told me to take it easy this week, review all of the strategies he’s taught me and study a few more vocab words here and there. It’s better to relax in the few days before the exam, because cramming will only make things words for you on the test day.

What is more perplexing to me is why anyone in his or her right mind retake the exam only for a measly 40 point increase? OP, you should realize, that colleges do not view a 2300 and beyond any differently from a 2250 or a 2400. Several perfect scorers have been deferred because they neglected the other equally significant parts of their applications. Remember, at the end of the day, it’s just a Math and English test, nothing more and nothing less. It is not the key to college admission, unless that’s not what you’re aiming for…

I’m just going to take it and see how i do. i’m not taking multiple practice tests; i’m just reviewing a couple of problems. good luck to everyone! let’s hope we all reach our goals!
