Its been about 2 weeks now, and everyday i check the UCF site it says they still havent recieved transcripts or test scores.should i be worried?

Did you send them or did your guidance office send them?

Keep checking. They lost my DS first transcript, the second one arrived with the seal opened, so it became "unofficial". The 3rd one was sent by me inside a manilla envelope from the post office with a green card for a signature. The scores were up 5 days later! Enough said. However, the test scores from the transcript were the lowest, not the highest...took 5 days to clear that up!
Finally the acceptance showed up.One month later.

the guidance office sent them electronically

That happened to my son a couple of years ago. If there is a transmission error, and they just keep resending them, (like they did at our school) the same error will keep occurring.

Go to Guidance, ask for a sealed certified copy, put it in another envelope and send it certified (signature required) mail.

My son almost missed a scholarship deadline because of this issue.

Does D have to wait 3 weeks before she will be able to sign in to myUCF to check her application? She submitted her application yesterday and we don't have any log-in info to make sure application material has been received.

We were able to sign in on the second day following her application submission. Everything was showing as received at that point, application, fee, test scores and transcripts. The screen will not show whether the counselor form has been received. You have to call or email about that.

I logged in this morning and was able to get her UIN number and it told me how to get the password.

When I tried to log in, it told me that the log-in is inactive. I guess I'll try around lunchtime and call if it's still not accepting.

For those who are not showing updates on their status page after 2-3 weeks, you need to contact the admissions office. We've had a running email with them for a couple of days now. None of my D's electronically sent stuff, except the application, is making it to them. Transcripts have been sent twice from school and ACT/SAT's have all been sent twice. In fact, ACT provided tracking codes, which I gave to UCF, and they can confirm that her scores were accessed back in May, geesh, but they still cannot find her scores. Apparently, as I've been told, they are having a great deal of trouble for some reason across the board with electronic transmissions. I've been told to get a hard copy transcript sent, as well as contacting ACT about sending a hard copy of her scores. In the meantime, they are telling us to fax my D's transcript and scores (unofficially) so they have something to evaluate at this time, of course, pending official copies coming.

May I just say, "AAAaargh!"

zebes, wondering if it's all worth it for my D's safety ... geesh.
