Hi, I got my January SAT back... and my score only increased by 20 points (despite throughout and extensive preparation... diminishing marginal returns, I should say.)
October: 640 (CR), 600 (M), 650 (W) - 1890
January: 630 (CR), 610 (M), 670 (W) - 1910
Should I send them? (It's kind of expensive...) I'm an International student, and I hope my scores won't be such a factor.

I’d not send them either. I know how expensive it is and it might give colleges the impression that you have already reached your limits.

No, 20 points is entirely insignificant.
