Does an 80 point increase make any difference?

<p>Hey guys,
I scored a 1300 (640V, 660M) on my first round of SATs last November and just recently scored a 1380 (720V, 660M) on the October SAT. Will this 80 point increase make any difference in college admissions (my top schools are Wesleyan and Tufts)?</p>
