<p>For accepted students, how do we know they recieved our check and that little postcard?</p>
<p>I sent mine certified/return receipt, so I know that my check and reply card was received. However, my father mentioned that the check has not been deposited yet. Has anyone had their check deposited yet by Penn?</p>
<p>i think they deposit after jan.7th...when all the deposits should be in for ED</p>
<p>Keep in mind the university is closed for the holidays until Jan 5. Your checks will probably be deposited around mid-January.</p>
<p>I wondered the same thing and actually called admissions 3 times. Each time they told me not to worry, it is not unusual for the check not to be cashed at this time. They also told me that my spot is reserved because it is contractual and if they do not have the card and the deposit they will notify shortly. Do keep in mind that they are in the midst of reviewing the other 15,000 application for regular decision so be patient (haha - patience! I called 3 times)</p>
