For those who took both tests, which one is harder. I have been looking at old PSAT forums and looking at the curves. Does anyone who took the PSAT this year and last year feel the test to be easier or harder this year?

i thought that it was easier this year, but that could be because of the discrepancy between sophomore and junior year, and also because i actually knew what i was doing. what's your opinion?

I agree with california99...

It's hard for me to say, because I didn't care all that much when I took it my Sophomore year. I don't think I even went to sleep until pretty late the night before, so I was pretty tired while I took the test. This year I didn't really do anything extra to prepare, but I did my best to get a good night's sleep and then pace myself while I was taking the test.

yeah, it seems like it would be hard to tell from that.

I took it as a sophomore and it seemed hard. This year it was cake as a junior. I do think it was easier this year (even though i know more now).

It was easier this year.

Was it easier than the bulletin this year?

Nope, harder or the same.

i thought that it was easier than the bulletin.

Not sure; I don't really understand why it matters...

Let me know what you get AlexMartin, when you get your scores.

I think he's trying to figure out a curve so he knows what he got.
I'm assuming that Alex is male.

I'm only curious because I kind of want to know what the curves might be. I know I'll find out soon, it's just that I'm a loser.

I'm anxious too.

Yeah...unfortunately, I am anxious too.

Do you think you'll be a semifinalist?

I am unsure; it is still up in the air.

I'm unsure too. It all depends if it was "esoteric scientific knowlege" or "no psychic powers" in other words 14 B or 14 A.

You really think that one question will make all of the difference? I doubt it will.

I remember that question being fairly clear...too bad i forget what i marked on my answer sheet, lol.

And Alex, i am impressed that you still remember the exact wording of the answer choices.
