Just for kicks, I'm interested in who is speaking at what college's commencement ceremony this year.
I'll begin with the ones that i know:

Northwestern: Sen. John McCain
Stanford: Steve Jobs (founder/CEO of Apple and Pixar)
Naval Academy: Pres. George W. Bush
Calvin College: Pres. George W. Bush

The University of Michigan keynote speaker as this year's graduation was John Seely Brown, Michigan alumnus, former chief-scientist of Xerox Corporation and leading contemporary thinker on the influence of technology on modern life. Doesn't sound as impressive as the usual speaker at Michigan but I hear his speech was quite impressive.

I saw John Seely Brown speak before (not for a commencement speech). If I remember correctly, he was pretty interesting for having kind of a dry topic. I actually don't remember it that well though.

I know one of Georgetown's commencement speaker(s): the Crown Prince of Asturias, Felipe de Bourbon. I can only assume he's speaking for the SFS, although I got this list from the Washington Post.

GWU has some correpondent from 60 Minutes. I forget his name.

American has Senator Daniel Inouye, and a few others.

gentleman: i remember reading about Beatty's speach at the public policy school at Cal in the SF Chronicle. I hear it was a really good speach about california politics. Apparently theres some talk that he wants to be the democratic candidate to take down arnold next year.
