What are the SAT ranges for Rutgers and Brandeis?

More proof (j/k):

I scanned it, so hopefully you'll all be able to see the picture clearly and make out the information.

Just bought my copy at barnes and noble. All the posts so far have been correct.

It is stupid to assume that Chicago's quality of education rose that much in that short amount of time. USNWR manipulates the rankings as much as possible simply to sell their product. They are in a business. You can take what you want from the rankings, but examples such as this show how stupid the methodoligy is. AS a side note, Chicago's acceptance rate, is going down as well. Their yield was also significantly higher than past years. They over enrolled this year by over 10% so expect the class of 2011 to be even more competitive. Forgive me for continually defending my beloved future alma mater.

So at Harvard/Yale/Caltech 1 in 4 people have equal or higher than 1580?? Haha sorry, I'm sure this is a dumb post, but that just seems absurd to me.

USNews has a habit of changing the criteria from year to year. A "dramatic" rise, such as by U of Chicago, is not that startling.

What is the rank for 70 - 120???

In my opinion, it is indeed startling for such a dramatic rise to take place within the top 25. It's practically unheard of!

well if those schools (especially caltech) put most of their admission emphasis on SAT scores, its pretty feasible.

Rankings for LAC'S 25-50 ?

Here's the rankings for 70-120, including some of the 3rd tier:

<a href="http://s89.photobucket.com/albums/k226/calidan87/?action=view&current=70-120.jpg&refPage=&imgAnch=imgAnch1%5B/url%5D">http://s89.photobucket.com/albums/k226/calidan87/?action=view&current=70-120.jpg&refPage=&imgAnch=imgAnch1</a></p>

... and here are most of the Liberal Arts colleges:

if you could let me know what the top 10 or 12 publics are with peer assessment it would be appreciated. thanks.

You can see that for yourself in one of the pics I posted... just go through and look for publics.

How about the top 3 engineering schools with and without phd?

How did Middlebury jump from 8th to 5th?

OMG, Northeastern moved up 17 spots!!! I checked NEU's stats, and these look accurate. Accordingly, I am now convinced that these rankings are real. However, I still think that Northeastern should be ranked much higher .....for reasons previously stated. Anyway, in the past five years, Northeastern has moved up a total of 52 spots in the rankings.

Wow what happeneed to the UCs, especially UCSD?

If these rankings are a hoax, the person who created them made them look very convincing.
