This is complicated…let’s say i got 65 correct, and 35 incorrect, but then got 13/14 on the FRQ, would that possibly be a 4??? :(

wheatbread

Your raw score is a (70-300.25) + (9/14)50 = 94.64

The minimum score for a 5 is anywhere between 93-103, for a 4 it’s anywhere between 73-84.

So I would say you either got a really high 4, or a low 5.

Bigweight -
Your Raw Score is a: (65-35*0.25) + (13/14)50 = 102.67
So either a ridiculously high 4, or a really unlucky 4. (Refer to my previous post for the scaling).

I know a good 5 or 6 people that said F this exam. This seems to be a test a lot of seniors test, so maybe a better curve?

Sweet those 6 people will improve our curve!

Dont forget the 10+ people predicting a 5 in this thread

im borderline 4/5, i think (hope).
really only started studying the day or 2 before…

lol, everyone on CC will predict a 5 cause people on CC are overachievers. XD You cannot sample the opinions of the population by measuring the response of CCers, didn’t you learn anything in Psych about sampling? XD j/k

Well I’m not predicting…I know. If anything I’ll get a 4 and although I’ll be kinda sad if I do get a 4 I won’t be depressed over it. (maybe a lil)

Alex7592: Thank you! And wow, that’s awesome. Yaaaay.

So I should only get a 4 if I overpredicted or if the curve gets really messy this year?

sA x sKy: Random, but do you go on FOL? xD Cause I recognize your username from there.

take it with a grain of salt, but yeah.
90 MCQs correct. I’m full of envy.

I think the lowest i got for a raw score could be a 108.9
90-.25(10)+ 50(6/14)= 108.9
So i guess a possible 5 unless the curve is bad

i either made a 4 or a 5:/
if i made a five it would be right on 68.888% lol

I think I got 13/14 on the FR, maybe 12 if they be picky. As for the MC, I didn’t omit any so I’d say that I might get about 10 or so wrong.

Ok AP Psych Peoples!

If I self study psych next year by reading Myer’s Psychology and Barron’s AP Psych, will I be ok?

I think Barron’s only will do you fine, but Myer’s would be good padding? I only saw maybe one question that wasn’t covered on Barron’s.

Haha, and is it just me, or does it bug you when people say they will DEFINITELY get a 5? C’mon, you can never be sure, and it sounds pretentious.

some people are downright cocky.
but you have to get used to it…

was vygotsky(sp?) covered in barron’s?

Barron’s is enough…I only went through the material once the night before so I had trouble utilizing some concepts and retaining some information, but seriously…most the questions I encountered were covered there. I got at least a 4.

hoping for a 5 even though i screwed up the 2nd free response
mc was pretty easy, the other frq was easy too
