2010 Wait for AP Scores by Mail Thread

So far the only thing that arrived in Miam. Was chris bosh and lebron James. No ap scores yet.

so I called for my scores on July 2nd, and I heard from Edna that I got a four for Bio, but my AP bio teacher sent out an email, and I wasn’t included on the list of who passed.

Either I heard it wrong, or she forgot to put my name on the list. Either way, ■■■. I’ll be getting the mail tomorrow, now I have that waiting anxiety again.

P.S. Does a “four” sound similar to a “two” ? Maybe I was delusional when I heard it. ahhh.

Arizona arrived by mail today.

Nice one, syed13. ;)

I just got my AP World History score today, I live in the Bay Area!

I got my scores today. I barely checked because my school had already posted them up. I’m in Texas. Houston to be more specific.

I wonder if CB mails in zipcode order. Highest to lowest.

???

Just a thought. California has some 9xxxx and New Jersey is 0xxxx.

DB, good point, we are in NJ and no scores yet. S checked on W&M website and it says he has 16 earned credits so I assume he did okay.

I’m hoping that the scores will arrive today in San Diego.

^Dougbetsy that actually makes pretty decent sense.

Lol this may sound kinda dumb, but how do you know that a letter in the mail is your AP grades? Like, is it an envelope addressed with your name, from collegeboard?

Yes, the envelope will have your name on it and will be from College Board.

So, if the zipcode theory is correct, we’re at the mid 7xxxx (yesterday’s mail), so today we might be closer to the 6xxxx and 5xxxx?

I’m 98% positive that I got my scores on this date last year. I doubt it’ll happen though :(

^ Not necessarily, remember a few posts ago, someone said that San Diego hasnt received their scores yet.

I don’t think the decreasing zipcode system is right. I am in North Carolina and we have a zipcode of 98*** and we probably won’t see results for another 5-10 days.

The rest of CA is receiving scores today (Southernmost of SD and close to the border). If that helps at all :)

OMG did Ggarcia say that he got his scores in Houston?! Today might be it!

My scores hold true w/ the theory. Im in San Diego (92***) and got mine 2 days ago.

I’m in Texas (zip code 75xxx) and I’m still waiting on the mail. I really shouldn’t be too excited, considering my score predictions are incredibly pessimistic, but I’m really curious to see how my lit exam went. I took a huge risk on one essay and I want to see how badly it backfired.

I’ve got a good feeling today is the day for Texas. :)

Hey everyone! I have a sister in junior year in HS and my mom’s freaking out about her AP scores because my sister is a little lazy… I told my my Mom not to worry because you can’t change what happened a couple months ago … but she won’t let go!!!

Anyways, does anyone have any estimates for SE Michigan/Metro Detroit? I told my mom next Tuesday or Wednesday based on what I’ve skimmed on this board. – that seems reasonable right?

It’s so nice to relive the memories of being a junior in high school. All that craziness… ;)
