<p>You are a genius. The zip code thing makes so much more sense than just CB mails west to east, which is true, but leaves so much to be desired. It also explains why New England tends to get them last, while the more southern states on the Eastern seaboard get their scores a bit before New England.</p>
<p>And on that note lets hope they make it into the 50’s and 60’s today.</p>
