2011 Predict your AP scores thread!

Chemistry- 5 (60%) 4 (37%) 3 (13%)
English Language- 5 (88%) 4 (12%)
US History- 5 (100%)

w/e idrc about chemistry too much because i got my 800 on the SAT subject test in chem!

Shouldn’t these add up to 100% or less?

USH - 4
Lang - 5

I took two AP’s.
AP World History- Think I got a 1, maybe a 2 if I’m lucky.
AP Biology- Probably at least a 4 or 5

rapevictim: Which AP English test? The AP English Language or Literature test? I found the AP English Lang easier than the SAT CR since I studied for a few months for the CR to get an 800 while I’m sure I got a 5 on the English Lang test without as much studying.

I only took 1 AP =/
I’m predicting biology to be a 5.

I thought the AP Lang was ridiculously easy, and same for the SAT CR. I generally do very well on any kind of critical reading and writing, though. I’m sure you got more than a 1, rapevictim.

Chem: 4 or 5… REALLY hope it’s a 5. I will celebrate like there is no tomorrow if it’s a 5… since frq was pretty much mindblowing.
Calc AB: probably got a 4

@poohbear94 - I will do the same if I get a 5 on chem!

How accurate do you think this score calculator is? / Does it take into consideration the curve?

[AP Pass - AP Us Calculator](AP U.S. History Test Score Calculator - AP Pass)

^ It goes by collegeboard’s released scoring guide for a past released exam. So it is quite accurate, but then again, the curve changes from year to year and can never be predicted.

Alright, so it’s still relatively accurate? Thanks!

Relatively, yes. It uses a past curve, but not this year’s curve, let’s put it that way.

Makes you feel so much better, doesn’t it? The AP US curve is very, very generous…

Is anyone else calling in early Friday? I think it’s worth the $8 I’m going crazy…

english lit- 4 or possibly 3 (hopefully 4 so I get out of my expository writing class)
calc ab- 3 or 4. I’ll throw a party if I get a 4 lol
physics b- 2. totally bombed it. I’ll be very surprised if I got a 3 But I used the calculator for my prediction and it said a 3. But I still won’t get the credit lol
psych- 4 or 5. I’ll be really disappointed if I get a 4.

I took US History last year and got a 3. I had a not great teacher and did not study lol

US History - I got an 800 on SATII, so I’m thinking a 5
Chemistry-I got a 570 on SATII, so I’m thinking a 1 or 2?
Eng. Lang- My SAT scores are around 750 there, so a 3 or 4?
Psychology- Self-Study, maybe a 4

By the formula, your Chem score is a 3

Formula? and if so, heck yes!

LOL, I confused this with another thread. The formula is:
AP Score=(SAT II Score-200)/120

800 = 5
750 = 4.6
700 = 4.2
650 = 3.8
600 = 3.3
550 = 2.9
500 = 2.5

That makes me the first AP Scholar with honor my school has EVER had. They tell people that no one is interested in taking the AP test or the PSAT, so they don’t have to go through the paperwork. I told them that I didn’t care if anyone else was interested, I was. Then, they went to the other classes and announced it and suddenly, there were other people interested.
