<p>I had heard that the housing contract would become available Nov. 1, but it isn't up. Does anyone have any idea when RPS will post it?</p>
<p>In general, RPS is never on time. It will probably be posted later today, like once someone is in the office to post it 
Of course, there’s also a good chance that it will be a few days late–I know for my class, housing assignments were posted like a week after we were told they would be up. Don’t sweat it too much, not many people are applying for housing quite yet. I applied in January and still got into my first pick!</p>
<p>That’s good to know, b/c I’ve been searching the site daily since they said it would be available at the end of October. I’d like to see costs, choices, etc…before I apply for houseing.</p>
<p>If RPS gives you a date of when something will be done, it’s always best to add about a week and a half to it.</p>
<p>The website does have a chart on the neighborhoods, dorms and amenities in each dorm, and links to pictures and floor plans of each dorm. I assume there won’t be very many changes in those choices. But the costs listed online now are this school year’s costs, 2011-12; the costs for next school year (and incoming freshmen) are not yet posted online.</p>
<p>I spoke to someone in RPS this morning. She said the contract for next year would not be available until the end of the month. She told me to just keep checking. From past experience, does anyone know how quickly the Northwest neighborhood fills up? Also, does anyone know anything about the suites. I think that is what my D wants.</p>
