I am leaning towards Lehninger too. I have covered about 60% of Campbell. Do you think it would be possible to study Campbell and go over all these other textbooks in the next six months?

NSQ: How much time did you put in each day? I need some inspiration to focus!

I’m the type to read bio textbooks for fun so currently reading Voets just because.

Just focus and Campbell and Raven’s Plants for now - don’t bother with the higher-level textbooks, they go into extreme obscurity. You’ll never get a question along the lines of “what nucleoside triphosphate does actin bind?”

Ok, basically so we need to know Campbell and Raven. I’m new to this so basically can someone explain to me about the additional texts that are helpful?

Hi James,
I saw a post from you about the past USABO exams. If possible, may you please share those(especially semi-finals) with me? I would like to get those for my son which will plan to take USABO next yr.

My daughter is studying Campbell’s book now and plan to do the open USABO exam next year. Can you please send me the past exams? My email address is mljzjm***********. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I am planning to take the Biology olympiad. If you still have the collection of past questions or any other related materials can you please share them with me. Thanks for your time and help,

2010 and 2011 USABO open exams have problems with multiple correct answers.
But 2012 open exam problems with only one correct answer.
What will be 2013 open exam problems: one correct answer or multiple correct answers?
