did anyone get the year 1920 as one of the answers?

Guys whats the answer of the question of rounding off to the nearest integer…

@livelikewind when it is not drawn to scale, that is delineated within the question or by the corresponding figure. Yesterday there were some math questions with figures that said not drawn to scale and others without. The expression of not drawn to scale was essential to the answering of that circle question (ratio of larger area to smaller).

For line l parallel to line k

(r+1, s+4)

For the p^2<6 and q^2<12 question in the grid in section are we absolutely sure it said only positive integers?

@Rose yeah dude not only did it confine p and r to positive integers, it stated that the values of p + r must all be different (when answering). So 4 was the answer. Some idiots thought 0 would be a possible integer…LOL it is neither positive nor negative

@jlee thanks. I already know I got that one wrong because I put 5 instead of 4 (I misread the question and thought it asked for p*q instead of p+q) but I think that was my only mistake on the entire test, so I’m bummed about missing out on the 2400. I was just hopeful that maybe they didn’t specify only positive integers so that maybe the question would be omitted from the test because of ambiguity. Oh well.

hello,

I had 4 math sections and I am sure one of them was experimental.
Could anyone tell me which one was experimental?

I think I got p^2<6 and q^2<12 question one wrong, and a,b,c line question one wrong.
Also, for f(x) = 1/x If 1/k > 100, what is a possible value of k? Answer can be between .001 and .009(inclusive) question -> I said K can be 101 is that acceptable? omg I am just so confused and worried.

I got 800 on the last SAT and this is killing me. What score would I get if I get 3 questions wrong on math??

Any reply would be appreciated! thanks :)

omg never mind k cannot be 101… what was I thinking… just so dumb…

so, what do you think I will get if I get 3 wrong on math?? anyone?? Hopefully, anything above 700 would be awesome… :(

Also, for grid-in questions, do they count as -1 for incorrect answer or 0 deduction??

Hi hopepediatrician,

Of course, it’s -1 since you get it wrong.
It’s just that they don’t penalize, i.e., -0.25, you for grid-in question.

StevenToCollege

for that problem where it was x=2 and y=1 did it ask for perimeter or area? i think i went too fast on the math and might have misread a question.

I got 3200 in the graph problem

I had trouble with the last problem with k too. I think I ended up putting a 1000. Probably got it wrong.

Do you remember the specifics of the question?

I’m taking SAT tomorrow, what kind of problems should I work on to study that were on the October test?

^ You mean PSAT. don’t study now just relax
