2014-2015 What prep/review books should I use for the APs I'm taking?

I'm starting my junior year in the fall of 2014 and I'm studying a bit over the summer for the 4 AP classes I'm taking. My target score on all of them is a 5. I've heard that some of the teachers that teach the subjects don't prepare their students very well so I'll have to rely a lot on the prep books to learn the material. The classes and exams I'm taking are:
AP Calculus
AP Language and Composition
AP Chemistry
AP World History

Chemistry will probably be my biggest challenge. All the others will be a challenge as well, but I've heard that the chemistry exam is the hardest one out of them all. What is the absolute best prep/review book for the new chemistry exam (I've heard the test was redesigned) and all the other APs I'm taking?

Additional Info:
I've previously taken 1 AP class, AP Government and Politics, and earned a 5. So, I do understand the rigor and preparation that has to go into taking an AP exam.

Lang- Don’t really need a book. There’s really not anything to study. Just focus on using sophisticated writing and know the terminology.
Chem- Bozeman science videos and Khan academy. I don’t believe there are any books that sufficiently prepare you for the new exam. I found Khan academy is especially good for electrochem and titrations/pH. Also, I have an official practice exam which was essential to receiving my 5. PM me and I can send you a copy.
World- I used PR and got a 5. It’s not great but good enough.
Calc- It’s one of the easier APs to get a 5 on and I had an amazing teacher so I didn’t use a book- sorry I can’t help you there.

Thank you so much your response! For World, I’ll probably start with Barrons then take a look at PR as I go through the class. As for Chem, I’ll try both resources. Thanks again!
