<p>Preliminary application for Naval Academy should be available starting April 1.</p>
<p>The Naval Academy Summer Seminar (NASS) application (for this summer 2009) is also a preliminary application. It is ONLY for rising HS seniors who are interested in attending NASS. It has been open since 1 February. It was still open as of 7 PM on 3-20-09. If it the same as 2 years ago, the standard preliminary application will become available once the NASS application closes.</p>
<p>Just to be clear, NASS is ONLY for those who are now HS juniors.</p>
