right but I doubt they would want to release decisions on a Friday and hopefully they’re against sending decisions during Holy Week
@allyh1998 I’m with ya! I really, really hope it’s today!
They won’t come out today. While it sounds perfect, it would also ruin the memory of St. Patrick’s Day for every applicant not accepted, in perpetuity. ND just isn’t going to do that. It’s hard enough to decline applicants. It’s even harder to attach a bad memory to a fun holiday for the rest of a person’s life.
Early tomorrow morning makes the most sense.

MIT release their decisions on Pi day though so are they really against releasing on holidays
(Yeah, MIT attached a permanent memory of my rejection to Pi Day for me.) But it seems kind of iffy that they’d do it today. Idk. 
Didn’t get into BC. Now waiting for a rejection from ND.
haha I know it’s not as important a holiday as St. Patty’s Day but it’s an important one to MIT
Relax! You will be admitted (or not), but regardless, you have the rest of your senior year to enjoy, and your college experience will be as good as you make it!

I just figured they would release at night and it seems less likely people will be in the admissions office on a Friday night

Northwestern released today, Notre Dame will probably release tomorrow.
I got my St. Patrick’s gift today: a Northwestern acceptance!

My bets are still on tonight. How on earth could they pass up the luck of the Irish? Especially a day late. If it’s not late tonight, next week is more likely
Don’t worry! ND can still release today. I was admitted REA and they sent out decisions at around 7 central time.
Next week is not more likely whatsoever. Friday is the ideal date, because then admissions won’t have to deal with a bunch of upset students calling and asking why they were denied.
