<p>Approximately half the applicant pool has SAT scores lower than yours. As well, it is by no means impossible to get admitted with a 2100 and it is not highly unlikely either (assuming a distribution of 700 700 700). However, as is usually the case, you better have a lot more than your standardized test scores if you want to be admitted. And, I might add, the fact that you’re Asian does not, per se, hurt your chances.</p>

<p>i don’t buy that. there are people who get in with below-median scores, and some of them are probably asian. they must have excellent other factors in their favor.</p>
