I heard from kids in my school that if you score 2400 on your first try, you have to retake to prove that you didn't cheat or something. Is this true?

Not true at all. I know a kid (I won’t say his name, nationality or school) who got a 2400 on his first sitting in his sophomore year of high school and never had to take it again. That’s some straight BS right there.

Please just tell me this: was this kid you know in the States or Korea?

It was a kid in America who happened to be Korean. But would it make a difference if he were in Korea or if he were African-American?? OMG That’s so discriminatory! …like if you get a 2400 in Korea, that’s automatically cause for suspicion that the kid cheated??? Or if like the poor black kid on the corner of the street who listens to 2pac suddenly got a 2400, that’s like genetically and intellectually impossible for black people? I mean, c’mon, our own president is a black man!

Let’s draw the line here and stop targeting certain countries or races…

LOL I’m just kidding but why would u ask such a question? On a serious note, does it make a difference?

hahaha I just don’t want to spend four more hours of my life for doing too well for CB’s tastes. Thanks for clearing things up.

DAMN LIKE THAT, huh. Well, why didn’t you just come straight out and say so…that I’m in RARIFIED TERRITORIY or wat’s that word y’all kids use these days: SWWWWAGGG with a 2 4 0 0. Props!

Seriously though. It doesn’t matter if you got a 2400 or a 2200. If there is any reason whatsoever to suspect any type of cheating, your score will be delayed and only cancelled if there is proof that you did indeed cheat. Other than that, it makes absolutely no sense — that rumor mentioned by your friends – to require to retake the test on the sole premise that you got a 2400. Unless you’re just trying to ■■■■■ to show how off great you are…LOL regardless, good job

did u get a 12 on the essay btw?

I guess I was the one trolled haha. I lucked out and got a 12, which covered for my 76/80. Somehow managed to pull a 24. Livin the Korean Dream…

So you took it in America or Korea? Whatever way you look at it, you got a 2400 and that’s all that matters. The kid I know who got a 2400 got a 9 on his essay but a perfect on his MC, but who’s looking at his 9 essay?

BTW I would love to see that essay of yours…shoot to me later if you don’t mind or post it here…and no, I don’t mean post the picture of your face that they’lll put in the Korean newspaper later on…haha

anyway, gl…always good to hear a korean brother do good and on the rise

I’m a 'Murican. I’ll definitely post my 12 essay when it comes out. Gotta give back to the CC community.

Thanks for all your help. I bring much proud to famiry.
