29 ACT or 1770 SAT?

I am a rising junior and will soon by applying to colleges. Should I send in my ACT score of 29, or my SAT score of 1770? Living in NC, the SAT is hugely popular, and I feel that if I send in my ACT score, the colleges won't be as likely to grant my acceptance. Like I know that they all pretty much "Accept either the SAT or ACT" and say that they do not have a preference...but it seems like they should.

Also, I believe my ACT score is better than my SAT score.

Sorry, but I know that I could send in both, but if I send in both, could the colleges look down upon my 1770 even though I have a 29 ACT? Plus, the cost to send in both scores to 8 different colleges just sucks (from my own pocket).

29 >>> 1770

some schools take both!!!

send the 29

Choose 29. :D

A 29 is equivalent to a 1920-1950 so def the ACT.
