<p>I was browsing Amazon, looking for additional SAT books. Suddenly, i stumble upon the 2nd edition of the official SAT guide, which ships on July 21. The page says that it has 10 practice tests, of which 3 are real SATs. Now are these all "new" tests or are they just revisions of the 1st edition + 2 extra tests??</p>

<p>I have called College Board every week for 2 months, and their answer is always the same: “Sometime this summer.” </p>
<p>Its release date is listed on Amazon as July 21st. College Board has not confirmed that, though.</p>

<p>I sincerely hope they’re completely different but there’s no real way of knowing until it comes out…I guess.</p>
<p>They won’t answer your question, either. They claim no knowledge of the new edition until checking with a supervisor. The Amazon page makes it sound like there are 3 new tests, meaning there are 7 old tests. The 3 new tests are “new recent exams.” But we’ll probably have to wait until July to confirm this.</p>
