<p>Im really banking on getting into UCI even though I already got into UCD. I would choose UCI over UCD, but if not I guess I'm heading off to Northern Cali next year.</p>
<p>My D got admitted at 3:48AM today. Undeclared/Undecided major but, preference in Buisiness Administration; alternative in Business Administration also.</p>
<p>ucgpa 3.65; SAT 1=1,760; SAT 2=1,300 for 2 subjects. 49 A-G semesters.</p>
<p>Her hook-2nd degree blackbelt; sparring champ. </p>
<p>These counselors are working hard..almost 24/7 given them credit..email reply turnaround took 8 days on concerns. They do look for merit in your application unlike the other unnamed UCs.</p>

<p>AYEITSJ, I am picking UCD over UCI for a variety of reasons. Using my most stereotypical and ignorant judgement (ha!), I feel Davis is stronger than Irvine at a lot of things. Irvine is strongest in a lot of the sciences, but I feel Davis is even stronger. Also, UCI is a commuter school, and I think that is a little lame.</p>
<p>Again, biased and probably pretty ignorant, but that's just my opinion.</p>
<p>I made it today for undeclared!!! 3.61 weighted HS GPA. 2120 SATs, CA resident. I'm excoiiiiited!</p>

<p>still haven't heard anything. it's a bit unnerving. at least i've been accepted into ucsd. i'll keep checking. it's not the 31st yet.</p>
