What are my chances for the following (yea I know it's a pretty tough list based on my scores)?

Colgate ED
UMass (instate)
Boston College
Brandeis
Wake Forest
Michigan
Wisconsin
Skidmore
UConn

Any others? Will chance back!!! :)

Also the only AP class I took last year (only 2 were offered at my school) I got a 1 in Calc AB.

Breaking 2000 would be nice (kinda too late for ED) so I can’t say for Colgate don’t know much about that school, your scores seem in the ballpark, good EC’s too, and hopefully a rigoours course schedule in context of your school.

Every school you got a good chance at getting into except for BC and Michigan I would say reaches for those. Good Luck!

I think you have a good chance for wake forest, but Michigan might be tough. Chance me too everyone!

It is a rigorous schedule for my school however that’s not saying much. My school is a joke. Grade are more about picking favorites and such. And we have very little AP course selection (with the one I picked being one the curriculum planners screwed up and tried making 1 semester instead of a whole year). However I have no excuse for my poor GPA other than not being challenged enough / poor teaching.

since you have good EC’s, you should try to get around 2050 on your SAT so the combination of your EC’s and SAT could give you a good chance of being accepted.

Accepted where? Even with such a low GPA?

i think you have a good chance in all of them except wake forest and UMass

Are you sure? I’m 90% sure UMass is my safety

Boston College is a reach at this point i think and they require subject tests. I think Umass however is a definite safety!

Bump, anyone else? Will chance back!

I’m a North Carolinian and I believe that you have pretty good chances of getting accepted into Wake Forest University. I would suggest for you to visit https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/ and “College Search” the other schools, then click on the “Applying” portion of each school, and choose “SAT/ACT Scores” (that should give you the predicted range of this year).
