3.4 weighted gpa 31 on the act, need help

Hello there,
I am a junior in high school, just finished my first semester of it. Currently i am sitting at a 3.4 weighted gpa and scored a 31 on the ACT the one time I have taken it so far. Will be taking it again later. I´m just really worried that my gpa is really weak and colleges will not take me serious. I have taken all honors and AP classes all through high school, but I never really excelled in any classes. I do have a reason why I struggled early on, I did not go to middle school. I was in a religious school from 6th to 8th grade. I came back to school and took a placement test after missing 3-4 years of school and placed in all honors classes for my freshman year. But i never lived up to it. freshman year i had 2 Cs, 1 B, and 1 A. I took a few electives and had A, and a B. Similar in sophomore year, except I took AP Gov which I got B both semesters and got a 4 on the exam. Now junior year first semester, I took AP physics, AP language, and AP US History. Have Bs in lang and history. Have a 78 in physics with the final coming up soon. Hopefully can get that to a B. But yeah, Ive basically been a B and C student in all honors and AP classes but I had good test scores. That seems weird and I feel like no good college would accept me. Mostly because of gpa, the test scores are within range of good schools i understand that at least

I have some extracurriculars as I have a president role in a club at school. Not a major club but pretty important to a large demographic. I help run youth group at my local religious center. I also have a certain certification from my religious school which is not very common, or easy to do. I can not explain in detail what it is, as it would make this reaaallly long. But in short, it´s something that holds a lot of weight in my religion, and it requires a lot of dedication and I still have to keep reviewing material for that even now. I

So my ultimate question is, what are my chances of getting into a good college? Will they care about how I missed all of middle school education and still got in all advanced classes? And will they care about my extracurriculars at all? I´m just really worried so if this sounds really panicky and frantic, im sorry. I cant help it. I am the first one from my family to experience school in America and I do not know how things really work. Please help me out.

A 3.4 weighted is rather weak if you’re thinking about top public schools (UC Berkeley, UCLA) or other popular schools like NYU, USC, UAust, CSU’s. Try to do well your 2nd semester and you may have a shot at the lower UC’s as well as a good range of CSU school.s

It depends what you define as a “good” college. Unfortunately your GPA is extremely weak, so I am hoping you don’t have any top notch schools in mind. Definitely apply to public AND private schools in state AND out of state. You should also definitely take the SATs. Also, if there are any writing requirements, really try to tie in your past and struggles and how hard you have worked and all. Best of luck to you!
