3.5 credits enough?

The public policy and beginning political science classes were all full (second window) by the time I registered, so I'm not only enrolled in four classes, but one of them is a phys ed.

Would this schedule work okay? I feel as if everyone has four full classes and I have like...an easy peasy schedule :(

I don't really want to take a random class because I'd rather take the extra time and really try to get involved in what the school has to offer. But if this is really too light, I'd appreciate it very much if you guys can let me know :) and I'll try to find something that I might be interested in. (Though at this point in time it may be a bit hard LOL)

i'm pretty sure that you are required to take 4 credits minimum every semester to be considered "full time"

Yes, 4 credits are required and 3.5 is considered underloading. I underloaded last semester, but that was only because I ended up withdrawing from a class midway through the semester. I believe that's the only time 3.5 credits are generally really acceptable, provided there aren't some special circumstances.

You are allowed to underload once, with permission. I can almost guarantee that you will not receive permission to underload with that schedule unless there are some pretty hefty extenuating circumstances.
