3.65 GPA-Where Can I Get In??????

hahaha man I hope so. UCB and GT have been my dream since 9th grade @cottonkk‌

what do u think about nyu and wake forest uni? @cottonkk‌

@jays98 depends what u wanna major in.

comp sci @cottonkk‌

I have the exact same gpa as you. Because of that I feel my chances at a top school are slim to none. My weighted gpa is 4.65 compared to my unweighted 3.65… a whole point difference :(

I always wondered if top colleges only look at uw gpas… or core gpas… I know it depends on the school though

CMU CompSci won’t happen - apply “just to see”, but they only admit about 5% students, and their average math score is something like 760, with 25% at 800.

UCB = high reach, retake the SAT and pay close attention to those essays. Your GPA will be explained by your fighting cancer and having 8APs is impressive.
UCLA = same thing

UCSD = high match
UCI = low match
Why not apply to Santa Clara or UCSC?

NORTHEASTERN = high match (they’ll like your CS involvement)
GEORGIA TECH = likely out of reach + 50K, no FA

USC = reach

U OF WASH = 46K, no financial aid, CS is very selective, but you have a shot. Do you have the budget?

Apply to Case Western Reserve; perhaps Olin if you’re a girl. HarveyMudd would be a high reach but you may try to apply to Scripps and dual-enroll at Mudd.
