<p>Actually, I was talking about kids who do go to a southern cal Catholic high school that routinely sends a bunch to SCU. Some parents noticed that last year some richer kids got in over some more average income kids - even tho the average income kids had better stats. So, they felt that the school did look at who needed F/A.</p>
<p>And…since over 50% of SCU’s kids come from Catholic high schools, I would say Catholic kids do get a bit of a preference.</p>
