3.93 from Penn would I for sure get into NU/WASH U

As a transfer app, you don't need a WashU specific reason. I transferred there without one, or any serious demonstrated interest. Remember that there is no supplement here, so you need to stand on the merits of your record, and your general Common App essay. With your stats, I'm sure you'll get in, but as some have noted, with top schools, there is a degree of uncertainty.

There is no such thing as "for sure" in college admissions - either for freshman or transfer status.

You certainly have a stellar GPA. But only your full portfolio (recs, essays, outside activities, reason for transfer) and the Universities' needs and available slots will determine whether you get in.

Best of luck.

I'm pretty sure an applicant who made a donation on the order of umpteen figures, cured cancer, entered a black hole and mysteriously returned, was the child of the dean of admissions, and amended the Constitution and was president is a "for sure" acceptance. Thank whatever higher being that life isn't that unfair.

Does WUSTL have any history of yield protection/Tuft's syndrome? Cornell transfers seem much more arbitrary than those of other schools.
